How to Place an Order?
Ready to place an order to us?
Once
you are ready to place an order, please send your PO with PO number
and detailed requirements to our sales dept. You will be informed
the progress of your order any time when there is any movement.
How is the order
going on?
When the order
is confirmed, it will be transferred to production dept. There each
order will be sent to the production queue and waiting for its own
turn. And at the same time, the ETD (estimated time of departure)
will be returned to you.
Can I get any
priority of my order?
Each time if you have an rush order, do
let us know in advance. Our regular and special customers can
usually get support by our overtime work, but all things depend.
How long is the
lead time?
When the total
quantity is less than 1000pcs, we can dispatch in 5 business days,
but usually 3 or 4 days. You can get the lead time when you make an
enquiry.
How About the Payment Terms?
DKing Media accept the following payment
method: Wire Transfer in advance, L/C at sight irrecoverable,
WesternUnion etc.
When you make the payment, please do send us the draft from bank by email or
fax, thus you can get earlier production arrangement for your order.
And the Shipment?
As Lithium battery is treated
as dangerous for many freight company, we have to prepare many formal
documents and guarantee etc for the forwarder. So far, we can ship the
batteries by following ways:
UPS
FEDEX TNT
EMS BY AIR
BY SEA
but DHL is usually not okay. Do confirm your shipment
method when you place an order.
Cargoes sent by courier can reach you in 3 days,
and 5 days by air, and 30 days by sea. This is not solid time but just FYI. |
